Sourcerer‘s come together so nicely over the past couple of weeks, I’ve decided to go back to my original plan and give it a go here, too. I’ll have the full announcement for this blog sometime in the next week. Sourcerer’s announcement will run on Thursday and will include a few tips to help first-timers avoid some of the pitfalls I ran into last year.

This has been on my radar for a couple of weeks, thanks to Conny, who you might know from the #WeekendCoffeeShare. If you’ve been following my blogs for any length of time, and you read what the Blog Blitz about, you’ll see why it grabbed me.
I went over to Write On! Sisters, who also do the coffee share (and who I met through last year’s A to Z Challenge), before work yesterday to be sure they knew the A to Z linky was open. Found the Blog Blitz badge on their sidebar and had to go give it a good look. So blame them for me jumping on board with one more social blogging project, lol.
A Part Time Monster production.
There will be a real post about this as soon as I can manage it and a Facebook share when I think the time is right. I am already tweeting it around. Once I see a couple of these blitzes and have a feel for the vibe, I’ll give you the full report. For now, I will just say it looks like some awesome getting ready to break out and it isn’t a weekly thing.

Did you make the #SundayBlogShare graphic yourself or did someone do it for you? We’re needing some help with the coffee graphic is why I ask. It’s too big in the original size, and there are other issues, too. Good enough for a blog, but would like it to be better.

I’ll have to talk to Diana about that, and thanks so much for the offer. We’re not good with graphics. I was mainly wanting to ask you about the original size and the point sizes of your fonts. We’re having a hard time figuring out proportions that work to display on a variety of social media. Your graphic seems to work everywhere, and the hashtag is always visible. The Coffee Share graphic we are using now is too big for Facebook and Twitter, and the hashtag at the bottom is too small. Trying to figure out the formula.

Haa ha, yes. It is both. The take over the world thing is really just code for community-building. Community-building sounds like a bunch of boring old work. But a conspiracy led by an evil genius sounds like fun.

LOL. It is MY plan, is why I am the only one who gets it, except you and possibly my friend Sabina, also known as Victim To Charm. You two must be intuitive geniuses, as often as you get my plan. hee hee.

yes. It is an awesome graphic. It is the proper size for all social media and stuff. Me and Diana are working on making the coffee graphic that good. The coffee graphic is too big for Facebook and Twitter at the moment, and the hashtag at the bottom is too small.

I’m rubbish at stuff like that, though I’m just starting to learn a few bits and bobs, but not enough to make my own graphic from scratch.
